1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information while you browse or between visits. Similar technologies (such as local storage) follow the same rules.
2. Our approach
- No profiling or advertising cookies.
- No third-party resources are loaded before your consent: fonts are hosted on our own site, the Google map only loads if you allow it in the banner or request it with a click.
- On your first visit a banner asks your permission for non-essential content and cookies: the Google map. Until you choose, none of this is loaded.
- In the banner, the «Accept», «Reject» and «Customise» buttons are equally prominent. Closing the banner with the X means rejecting non-essential cookies.
- Your choice is remembered for 6 months; after that we will ask you again. You can change it at any time.

Statistics are currently not active: the site sets no analytics cookies and the «Statistics» option does not appear in the banner. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy (opens in a new tab).
4. Third-party content
Google map. The interactive map (Home, Surroundings and Contact pages) is provided by Google. It only loads by itself if you enable «Google map» in the banner or press «Accept»; otherwise you can open it each time with the «Load the Google map» button. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policy. Without your consent or your click, no connection takes place.
External links. Links to Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Google Maps or WhatsApp take you to third-party sites, which apply their own cookie policies when you visit them.
5. Managing or withdrawing consent
You can change your choices at any time with the «Manage cookies» link at the bottom of every page or with this button. If you withdraw consent to the map, it is no longer loaded; any cookies Google has already set can be deleted in your browser settings.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge); blocking technical cookies may, however, affect some site features.
