In the shade of the olive tree, time slows down

L'Ulivo D'oro takes its name from the history and traditions of our Puglia and from growing and harvesting “yellow gold”, olive oil: a craft handed down from father to son that sets our beloved land apart, with its fertile, sunny soil.

It is a newly built property, finished with great care, with private parking inside the gate and three 25 m² rooms on the ground floor.

We are in Laterza, in the heart of the Apulian Murgia: a convenient base for Matera, the ravines and the Ionian coast.

Private parking, inside the gate

Private parking is free and there is no need to book it. The property's address is Via Michelangelo Buonarroti 26, but if you are arriving by car the entrance is on Via Massimo d'Azeglio: drive in through the second white gate on the left and park inside.

Outside there are generous green spaces, corners to relax in and gardens where you can admire a variety of flowers and trees, which gave their names to our three rooms: spacious and bright, each with its own character.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 to 17:00. The check-out time is agreed with the host.
